Trump’s Town Hall Location Is Officially Set

(USNewsMag.com) – On July 18, former President Donald Trump is set to hold a Town Hall in Iowa.

The Sean Hannity Exclusive Town Hall, which is being run by The Family Leader and Blaze Media, will be held in Cedar Rapids at the Alliant Energy Powerhouse. Doors are set to open at 1:45 p.m. and will close at 3:15 p.m. as the Town Hall is set to begin at 3:45 p.m.

Hannity will discuss the 2024 presidential race as well as issues such as the economy, the state of the country, and immigration with Trump. He will also take questions from the audience during the Town Hall event.

The Town Hall comes as tensions have grown between Trump and Iowa Gov. Kim Reynolds, who was seen alongside Casey DeSantis, the wife of 2024 Republican presidential candidate and Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis. Reynolds has not endorsed Trump or DeSantis in the race. Trump declined to take part in Tucker Carlson’s forum being hosted July 14 in Iowa, which includes DeSantis as well as other candidates.

Polls show Trump currently leads the field of candidates, with some polls showing him with a 42 percent lead.

The Town Hall is set to air from 8 to 9 p.m. on Fox News.

Trump will also appear on Fox News on Sunday Morning Futures in a pre-taped interview with Maria Bartiromo, which will air on July 16.

The Town Hall comes as Trump’s participation in the first Republican presidential primary debate, scheduled for Aug. 23, is not yet set, with his adviser Jason Miller saying he has not made a decision. The debate, which is being held in Milwaukee, is set to be hosted by Fox News and moderated by Bret Baier as well as Martha MacCallum.

The Republican Party’s national summer meeting will also be held in Milwaukee during the same period in August.
