GOP Leader Calls on FBI To Turn Over Hunter Biden Evidence

( – Hunter Biden’s potential illicit deals have been a hot topic since now-President Joe Biden started hitting the campaign trail. Over the past two years, a laptop left behind at a Delaware repair shop has revealed more and more about the younger Biden’s questionable actions. Now, with an increasing number of whistleblowers coming forward, a top Republican is demanding transparency from the FBI and the Biden Administration and for them to hand over evidence on Hunter and James Biden, Joe Biden’s brother.

Chuck Grassley Pens a Letter

On October 13, Senator Chuck Grassley (R-IA), ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, wrote a letter to Attorney General Merrick Garland, FBI Director Christopher Wray, and US Attorney for the District of Delaware David Weiss. In the correspondence, Grassley says credible whistleblowers have come to his office, revealing that the FBI has “significant, impactful and voluminous evidence” in its possession purportedly pertaining to criminal conduct regarding James and Hunter Biden.

The senator goes into detail about the evidence, which he says includes a partial summary of an October 2020 interview where Tony Bobulinski, a former associate of Hunter Biden, spoke of a business arrangement the Bidens had with “foreign nationals connected to the communist Chinese government.” Grassley also calls for the release of details surrounding Hunter’s dealings with Burisma and a reported $5-million loan from the Chinese government.

Grassley has asked the recipients to respond to his requests for information no later than October 27.

Hunter’s Extensive Troubles

Hunter’s troubles seem to be never-ending. While there has been no action on the dealings with foreign nationals, he’s still facing additional investigations. Tax fraud and a felony charge for lying on his application for a firearm purchase are at the forefront of his worries. When faced with the question of whether he struggles with addiction, Biden answered “no,” despite having documented his troubles in a memoir.

He may face additional charges, too, if the aforementioned loan turns out to be a money laundering scheme, as some suggest.

Beware the “Red Wave”

So far, many believe Hunter has escaped any real prosecution because of his father and the fact that Democrats have the majority in both chambers of Congress. However, if Republicans get their way come midterm election time, the House GOP has promised to delve deeper into the younger Biden’s dealings.

This could spell trouble for the Bidens, including the sitting president, if investigations reveal that Joe Biden had any type of involvement or knowledge of his son’s dealings despite his constant denials.
