$100,000 Reward POSTED – Joe Rogan’s SIMPLE Request

(USNewsMag.com) – After his interview with Democratic presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy, Jr., Joe Rogan has made an interesting offer for a vaccine expert to debate Kennedy Jr. on his show.

Rogan offered Dr. Peter Hotez $100,000 to debate Kennedy Jr. on his show, the Joe Rogan Experience. Hotez works at the Baylor College of Medicine, which is located in Houston, Texas, as the dean of the National School of Tropical Medicine.

The offer to debate Kennedy Jr. came after Kennedy Jr. claimed during Rogan’s show that vaccines can cause autism. During the interview, Kennedy Jr. discussed how his opinion on vaccines was changed after he mother who had an autistic son. He also discussed how pharmaceutical companies profit from vaccines.

After the interview, Hotez responded to the interview saying Rogan was sharing “vaccine misinformation.”

The claim of misinformation led Rogan to offer “$100,000 to the charity of your choice” to debate Kenney Jr. “with no time limit” on Rogan’s show.

Kennedy Jr. weighed in on the offer of a debate saying he would like to have the “respectful, congenial, informative debate that the American people deserve.”

Though he did state he was open to discussing the possibility of a debate on Rogan’s show, Hotez stated he would not be pressured to give an immediate answer on Twitter, saying it’s “not how I work.”

Hotez’s response had many Twitter users weighing in on the offer, including Twitter owner Elon Musk who tweeted a response saying that Hotez is afraid to debate publicly “because he knows he’s wrong.”

Mark Cuban also weighed in, accusing Rogan of bullying Hotez. Many Twitter users responded to the bullying claim by pointing out it was hypocritical as many Americans were bullied into taking vaccines.

According to the World Health Organization, most vaccines are considered safe with minor side effects. However, it does acknowledge that there are more serious side effects that happen on what it says are rare occasions.
